HI all! I'm a newbie and would like to build Harlequin, or Nuvo 128. How do you actually get a PCB for the build? In the OneDrive files shared I do not see any gerber files. Any pointers would be much appreciated it. Thank you

There are various sellers on eBay that have various “Superfo Harlequin 128” boards available. I suggest you ask them which version they are selling before buying.

CP/M requires a Z80 system with RAM in certain parts of the memory map plus a disk drive system (or emulation of) of some sort.
Superfo will have to confirm which CP/M distribution works and on which board versions.

There is "Superfo Harlequin 128 issue 4A" PCB on SellMyRetro or eBay.
It support ALLRAM mode so if you add Floppy Disk Interface like this one, it can run CP/M Plus 1.0 same as ZX Spectrum +3 or it can run CP/M 2.0 version for ZX Spectrum +3

Here is the video show boot to CP/M

Also ZX Nuvo 128 issue 4A can run CP/M too (need Floppy Disk Interface)
ZX Nuvo +3 issue 4A has Floppy Disk Interface on board
