Just Speccy 128 questions

Hi there all,
Long time ago w/o any project due to a very hard divorce.
Now, more quiet and time I want to make a new project, a JS128 9" laptop.
Main problem is to convert RGB to AV out, solved with a chinese board:

Second problem is to modify Voltage in, JS128 has 9v in, rgb board 5v and tft 12v...with my other laptops projects had Tracopower with multiple voltage in range, but I have no info about JS, could JS accept 12v?, any help please?
