I tried to connect to my Mac's LINE-IN and later to MIC. The signal is simply too low for any reading.

I think I'll drop the WAV idea, and wait to buy a ZXblast.

Yes - I changed my WIN pc this year to a Mac mini and the sound output is too low for audio loading. Too bad. :(

Net MD, great stuff!!!

I would like to preserve all my ZX81 tapes (200) because they have more MIA too ;)

I've thought to buy the ZXPAND I Heard can dump in Wav format directly via ZX81 ^_^

I've 2 Zx Spectrum Tape corders (with SQUARE WAVE option) that can dump all perfectly.

I'm afraid this is not true. It won't save them as .WAV but in .P format.
