I've not seen it mentioned here so far, but I have the US edition (received Nov. 1981). It is plastic spiral bound (very tight). Has 164 numbered pages. It says "First Edition" with a 1981 copyright. There is no printer information. On the back cover it says "$10.95" with the Sinclair address of "50 Staniford Street, Boston, MA 02114".

Page 139 has the character code list and it shows 135 as being the same as the ZX80 and not the one on the ZX81 (just confirmed using ZX81 emulator).

I think Page 2 is new to the US edition as it talks about radio frequency emissions and the FCC.
