Yup concur with that ring bound issue one, proper binding issue three onwards. @Mark. 2 questions. 1) What is the value of missing resistor? 2) Seeing that the US model has a different modulator will a UK board with added resistor work as NTSC or do I need the modulator? On speccies that normally means it's manufactured in the UK, rather than in the Philippines. Hmm could be, I suppose but I,m 99% sure it donates an NTSC ULA rather than a pal item which as far as I'm aware will work in a pal system. I would add that was with the first issue of replacement membrane so not sure if say the newer Xpand compatible type has a thinner top layer, which I believe was mooted at some point,than the original which in MY experience made key board entry worse than Sinclair's' effort regardless of nice they ...
