... only time you need a FAT only card is when updating the firmware, something I discovered some time ago and confirmed by Charlie is that for some reason FAT32 cards won't work when doing the flash thingy. Yes one reason. Besides 4GB is big enough isn't it? I even had different outcomes with gpar...

Formatting SD for ZXPand
I had to use Linux to format >4GB SDHC as FAT16 4GB sd cards to guarantee readability of files on my ZXPand. All my problems subsequently disappeared. Windows 7 would only format >4GB as FAT32 and I had spurious problems. Probably due to LFN filenames? Dragons Lair came on FAT32...I changed to FAT16...

I had same problems with BASIC. As well MS-HRG had problems on the DEMO screens other than the main HRG.

I had a suntronics keyboard and it was good, but I wish I had ALL the memotek stuff especially the keyboard. Another MFR had a stackable expansion kit that had various interfaces that to me was innovative since it built upwards not towards the monitor. Then the memotech MTX and the TS2068 with sleek...
