Re: Media from ZX-team meet 2012
Very nice. It does look like everyone had a really nice time. How many had to come from another country? The reason I ask this is simple: People who live in the U.K. and sometimes in London say they can't go to a meeting because it's too far away, too expensive, too much traffic, yada yada. Looks li...

Re: forever 2012 8bit meeting and ZX81
Very nice. I'm always hoping that some Speccy user will see it (and hear it) and say "Wait, is that a ZX81?".

Re: 64 Column Zeddy.... Well maybe...
I don't understand the details of the work involved but, couldn't you borrow some ideas from what Timex did with the TS2068, TC2048 and TC2068? These machines all had a special video mode that could be invoked when necessary. The mode changed the resolution to a monochrome 512×192 display. The idea ...

Re: No wonder the US don't do many exports
I've helped people from Portugal, Spain, U.K. and the Netherlands get items shipped from here to them. If you ever need help, you know how to reach me.

Re: Replacement ZX80 Cases

All the original stuff would g...

Re: Speech on the Xpand AY unit
Are there any video clips online showing this? I have no real hardware and no emulator currently configured to be able to try this, but would like to hear it.

Re: Playing background music with AY Units
Back after a loooong time without a PC with internet connection. Glad to see the recent developments in AY hardware and software!
Still waiting to hear the Zeddy playing digital music.

Re: Timex Sinclair TS 1500 vs. Sinclair Spectrum
But TVs over here in the U.S. do not support PAL nor SECAM, only NTSC. :) And we don't have scart, for example. The links that Rich posted are good. The best place to ask about the TS2068 is here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ts2068/messages But if I see any topic about the TS2068 on www.worldofspe...

Re: Timex Sinclair 1500 problems
Simon from the zx81stuff website was able to get it working in the U.K. I think he has an article about it on his website.
