Thanks for that Rich, i have ordered a membrane from yourself and payed via paypal, much easier than filling in lots of details :)

The clock thing is interesting, i have already started work on it, it's tricky to get a stable strobe effect but not impossible.

The Membrane arrived today well packed in a cardboard backed DO NOT BEND envelope along with concise and clear instructions that explain how to replace your ZX81 keyboard membrane. I always wondered about the extra molding suggesting a different TV output.
