Is this the biggest ZX81 game ever??? It certainly feels like it is.
Great work, Bobs. Absolute quality, can't wait for the final release.

Shaun.

Re: ZX81, Sir Clive, Virus and RWAP gets a plug on local radio.
Hi Shaun! Great Podcast ... the ZX81 is still alive :-) I´m looking forward to here more from you! I was only a guest, though if there's enough of a positive response to the radio station then I may well be invited back, so it's over to you to give the feed-back. Greetings from the German-ZX-Team J...

ZX81, Sir Clive, Virus and RWAP gets a plug on local radio.
Hi, Just to say that I was interviewed for a local, Cheshire-based radio station on Friday night during the 'Gadgets and Gizmos' show, and I managed to plug some things that I'm interested in, namely indie-coders like Bob Smith (and his excellent game Virus) and also RWAPservices.co.uk - you can lis...

Re: How much memory do you have?
Alright Bobs, I can piggy-back two 16K packs which gives me 32K plus I have a 32K pack that works, so I can test for you if you like?
I know that some Zeddy emulators have an extra 8K at $8000 just above the ROM however this doesn't seem to happen on the real machine.

Shaun.

Sure, I might have a better quality one too. Just link through to the Museum's website if you could please?
Many thanks,

Re: New Game PipePanic Released
This game is now playing at the National Museum of Computing (http://www.tnmoc.org) at Bletchley Park, which is open twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays. See below Image084.jpg Included on the tape I built for the exhibit is QFrogger, DOMIN8TR1S, Chopper Drop 3000 and QRobot, so should you visit...

Re: New Game PipePanic Released
Thanks for the updated image. I found printing it at around 55% of the images size is just about right for a typical cassette box (see photo of my '81 at home).

Joystick.
Hi, Does anyone have a ZX81 compatible joystick interface going spare? The best one would be one of those where it mapped the keyboard and you plugged in a jumper wire to up, down, left, right and fire on the joystick, I think it had two ports and 10 wires. But just one that works and will allow me ...

Re: New Game PipePanic Released
Looks great - the only thing that I would add is the year of release as this is hopefully going to be loaded on the Museum's ZX81. I want people to think... "2010!!!! WTF!" or something similar
