Great news !

The problem with a TV is an age old problem - modern TVs expect a strong signal to allow it to automatically tune - it therefore struggles with the poor signal from the ZX81.

The other thing to consider is financing the production run. However, as a long time trader, I am interested in funding new hardware projects for the Spectrum, ZX80, ZX81, Z88 or QL. Certainly an AY interface which will work with the ZX81, Spectrum and Spectrum 128K sounds ideal as it has the widest...

I do like the idea of some emulators which allow you to type in a line of BASIC using your PC keyboard into a separate parser - it then works out the various tokens used by the BASIC - this can be a fast way of entering a line. Certainly on the RED lettering, L's appear as the POUND sign(£): A,S,D,F,G,H - this should be a black and white checkerboard ...
