Re: ZX-WESPI - add a cheap wifi-enabled fileserver to your Zeddy!
Hi guys, I'm laying out a small PCB board for the ZX-WESPI.
Would someone be able have a quick look over it for any mistakes before I send it off for fabrication.
I will make the gerber files available once I've tested.
Thanks!
Philip

Re: ZX81 emulator for iOS
Hi Kevin, Much thanks for the reply. I understand now, and actually stand corrected. I thought I had the latest version, but after updating I see the game plays great. I'm not sure if the update had anything to do with the issue however. I also tried it on my wife's iPad and it played even better. I...

Re: ZX81 emulator for iOS
Hi, Is there a way to have an option where the virtual joystick activates in 'single push' mode. In other words, and as an example, if you push the virtual joystick left, and continue to hold it left, can it just be register as a single keystroke (on then off), as opposed to being seen as still havi...

How to mod a US ZX80 to work in New Zealand
So I'm In NZ, and I have two ZX80's, both from the US. Neither seem to work here, but both worked when I lived in Japan. One has a composite video mod.
Is the reason they don't work have anything to do with the fact that NZ is 60hz power and the US is 50hz?
Cheers
Phil

Stop the keyboard ribbon from cracking
My present ZX81's keyboard ribbon cable is actually in pretty good shape, but I've had machines in the past with the dreaded cracked ribbon syndrome. I was wondering if some pre-emptive maintenance, in the form of sellotape (maybe the wide packing tape variety), would be beneficial. By this I mean t...

Re: Want to swap ZX80 for Spectrum 128k (Toast rack)
I have two ZX80's.
I don't need two, so thought I could swap one for a 128k Speccy.
Thanks anyway.
