If you take a look at the code, OZ reads the manufacturer and device IDs. Since there are multiple standards (Intel protocol with 64KB sector erase, AMD protocol with 64KB sector erase, and SST which is AMD-like but with 4KB sector erase) OZ is not going to be able to guess which protocol to use unl...

Hang on, do you know that the Z88 port is not wired per the RS-232 standard (since it pre-dates it)?

Hi, yes this is an unfortunate problem with the existing binary with current versions of macOS. The only way I can get EazyLink working once this happens is to delete the prefs file and reboot the entire Mac which is very tedious. And if you want to load from a tape still then I go for this arrangement: 3B47D860-5AC8-4395-B1ED-22584A685A08.jpeg My WESPI doesn't kick in when I connect something to the tape sockets, no further mods required. I can load fine from my TZXDuino. That is awesome! I have fitted at least 10 of these ...

Updated RomCombiner to V2.13 to fix offered bank/sector ranges for flash erase in slot 0, which has RAM and flash addressed in a different order:
