Requesting Help to Load a .WAV file.

I'm unable to fully load a ZX-81 game I wrote in Machine Code 33 years ago. I tried Audacity with limited success and am even considering an Arduino or Schmidt-Trigger/Op-amp solution to clean up the pulses. Anyone care to take a crack at it?
