Re: ZX81-IDE Software Development Tool, IDE

Many thanks for this excellent tool. I'm primarily using it as an assembler, but it really is all I need for my ZX81 software projects. I noticed that ZX-IDE lets me use a few instructions that don't exist. One example is LD HL, (DE), but I think there are others. These can be hard to find back late...

Re: I'm afraid it is a breakout clone

Ha! I finally managed to finish this game. The final version is attached to the initial post in this thread: http://www.sinclairzxworld.com/download/file.php?id=1389 Many thanks to Yerzmyey and Andy for letting me use their music and the STC player + interrupt handler. It's incredibly satisfying to ...

Re: I'm afraid it is a breakout clone

That's what I thought too. How exactly the entire matter ended? is there already an official version of the game, with music and so on? Greetings, Yerz Sorry for the delay... it's been awfully busy at work. The last version attached to the initial post has music. It runs fine on a ZX81, but the scr...

Re: SoundTracker for ZX81 ?

Hi Andy, Thanks, I'm glad you like it! If you could let me have the source code for the STC player, that would be great. What I did now is include a decimal encoded text dump of Yerzmyey's demo program (which I believe you made) as db commands, and jump into that. By offering to fix it, do you mean ...

Re: SoundTracker for ZX81 ?

... I think I managed:
download/file.php?id=1314

It runs fine on a bare metal ZX81, but for some reason, EightyOne doesn't seem to like it. The screen is distorted when the music plays. Does anyone know why?

Re: SoundTracker for ZX81 ?

Hoping that somebody still watches this thread... Andy?... Assuming that I may use the code in that way, how do I integrate the STC player in a machine code program? I finally finished my batz game (http://www.sinclairzxworld.com/download/file.php?id=1304), and Yerzmyey has donated the coolest song ...

I'm afraid it is a breakout clone

Dear all, I'm writing to let you know that I will be attending the ZX-team meeting in Germany next saturday. To have something to do to prepare for the meeting, I started writing a game using the excellent IDE that I found on the forum. A word of warning, though: I'm afraid it is the inevitable brea...
