'Bonjour' from Paris

Post by Dim_75 »

Hi all,

I am a fan of the ZX81 since ... 1982 when i was 13 years old.
I always have my original ZX81, and a few other more (ZX81 with 3.5" floppy disk, Zxpand, I/O card and many other items related, 2x Spectrum...)

I turned on again (shortly) my ZX when i was ~35, trying to give a very small contribution to the site zx81.ordi5.free.fr, scanning some Sinclair related french magazines and exchange informations. (by the way i saw that XavSnap is here, Hello Xav ! ;) )
But as many, i think, my growing familly and my work kept my away from the Sinclair's universe.

I still, from time to time, seek and harvest on the net to store any .p file, any interface diagram or forgotten informations i could use... as soon as i find time  .

My english is not what it used to be but reading yours posts is always a pleasure and tickle my more and more, pushing me to plug again my old TV and the 81.
I even bougth a ZXPand last year but i do not try it since then (shame on me !)

That is why i register in the forum instead coming as a guest, as i used to do for so many years.
Let make some 'Syntax Error' again :)

And please keep up this good work, it is very impressive !

Salut Demetris,

During the past nine years, I discovered that having a family and a hobby like Sinclair is not always mutually compatible. It is good to see you have found the time to join these forums.

Regards,

Shaun
