Interesting point. I will test the new KDLX keyboard...WHICH WORKS! Now I have two 1500's

The old membrane has NO visual problems if your not wearing glasses.

Speccy from "eurosupplier" will just have to go into NEW case entirely. With a KDLX keyboard which are currently sold out except in kit form...where is my pot o' gold?

If any key has a short, no other key will respond/detected by the internal routines until this is removed.
You could verify this by holding one key down, power up and try any key. ;)

So at the end it could be something like this.
5-TS1000,UK ZX81<-Sheelagh, US ZX81, 2-TS1500/KDLX , 3-TS2040 printer, 2-TS2020 cassette decks, ZXPAND+AY, ZeddyNET, ZXBlast, UDG, ZX8CCB, AERCO, BUILDS/REPAIRS ZX Spectrum, ZX80 Minstrel, ZXMAX48 v1 v2, 2-TS-2068, ROM, 16kRAM

Okay - you are lucky.
I just changed the two assembly kits of 48K-KDLXR to completed sets 48K-KDLXR.
So if you are fast ... just two pcb's of it all in all by now but think will come back soon. ;)
