I don't think so. LFN (Long file names) are always case sensitive. It's part of the specification. But WIN (could test it on WIN 7) has an internal uppercase conversion which is at least problematic. It shows a file "MyLongFilename.jpg" even if it is entered as mylongfilename.jpg or MYLONGFILENAME.jpg or MYlongFILEname.jpg. This is fatal when transferring those files from local machine to a web server (which does no case conversion or look for the best match ).
