I am not sure about demand of this one ...
As I recently sold another eight ZX81NU (during classic computing 2016) I would like another ten of these ZX8-KDLX. May this would justify another batch?

Re: ZXpand joystick

I have a non Standard joystick (MSX?) that shorts 5V and GND when pressing fire, so it resets the Zeddy.
Are you shure your joystick is ok?

Re: More ZXpands Available Now

I am someone who built his own ZXPand.
This is not easy due to the mixture of SMD and through hole parts.
And configuring such a kit is even more work than building it.
So this is not really an option.

Re: ZXmore - infos & updates

Dang, I drop off the grid for a year or so ... and somebody develops LAN hardware for the ZX-81? Cool! Have a ZXspand ... will this new gizmo work in conjunction with it on my T/S 1500? Sorry. This seems off topic here. For further discussion in this topic I answered it where it belongs to. Please ...

Jegs asked somewhere else: Dang, I drop off the grid for a year or so ... and somebody develops LAN hardware for the ZX-81? Cool! Have a ZXspand ... will this new gizmo work in conjunction with it on my T/S 1500? That depends a little on how sir Morris made your TS-1500 ZXPAND Memory GAL. For zeddyn...

Re: Cataloging a tape.

I remember that in the past(Tm) C60 Cassettes were really cheap in germany (even for me!). So when I needed to save something I always used a brand new tape, saved the program three times after each other (to enshure it could be reloaded) and then wrote the name of the program on it. Thats it. Catal...

Re: SUCCESS OF TIMEX COMPUTERS

I know I am too picky. But again I have to state that PAL/NTSC are Color definitions. The Zeddy only outputs monochrome video and so can output neither PAL nor NTSC. It can only output some sort of monochrome video (not matching ANY standards) in 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Many TVs in the past(TM) accepted thi...

Re: SUCCESS OF TIMEX COMPUTERS

"the speed was much slower than ZX81 due to video constraints." Not sure where you got this, but I had the ZX81 and the T/S 1000 and they were the same speed. I guess this is the common misunderstanding. In Europe TS1000 is used for any Zeddy using 60Hz video while in reality it wasn't limited to 6...
