Re: ZX80 Program Listing to text file
Thanks olofsen! For future readers. You can make ZX808LP work as suggested by olofsen, by: 1. Using IE. Couldn't get it to work with Chrome (didn't try others like Firefox, Opera or Safari) 2. Clicking the ZX80LP button 3. Loading our .o program 4. Copying and pasting from the printer output window ...

Re: ZX80 Program Listing to text file
Thanks for the leads guys. I accidentally went down the route of using something called "Fresh" then found FASMW-ZX. I output every format I can from the EightyOne emulator (.o, .p, .tzx, .t81, .p81). Out of those, the ZX-81 IDE only seems to accept .p files and that causes it to crash when I pass i...

Re: ZX80 Program Listing to text file
Update: I found something called P2TXT (from mobluse on github https://github.com/mobluse/zx81-mob/tree/master/converters) which I was able to compile, but no output and no error. Probably because it's for .p files and I have an .o file (saving from zx-80 to .p didn't seem to help). Maybe there's an...

ZX80 Program Listing to text file
Can someone help with getting a zx80 program listing to a text file on my Windows desktop? Progress so far: - Got eightyone to load my file from a wav. - sirmorris and mrtinb got me to the point of having a .o file and pointed to the online emulator. Still to do: - Can't quite get my program listing...

Re: Hello
Thanks SirMorris! I hadn't thought to double-click the code entry. Is there a tool for converting o files to text (to see the program listing)? I found something called p2txt but it doesn't work with my architecture so I'm trying to get VisualStudio to compile a c file (not as easy as it used to be)...

Hello
Hello All, I recently discovered some ZX-80 tapes in the back of a drawer in my parents home. It brought back some memories of my first programming experiences and fun stuff like putting the zx-80 into the freezer to cool it off so I could get programming again (probably wasn't great for the compute...
