Re: SOS - Reviving a Power 3000 tape
Tried it with three ROMS ... Reportedly works with the orginal V1 (LAM10061.BIN) ROM, however my EightyOne v1.40 doesn't work with this ROM (no programs will load or save although I can type in and run programs). With the Updated ROM, the game crashes with 16K, and runs with 2K but with visual dist...

Re: Zx81plus38 rev1.10 video issues
If I put an oscilloscope on that pin I should see a typical 5v to 0v squared movement coming from either the maxduino or a properly volume controlled analog tape output in order to get a reasonable chance of a program to be loaded. When I have used the TZXduino with a regurlar ZX81, I have voltages...

Re: ZX81 1983 Issue 3 Board, which has two initial problems.
1st Problem The keys 1,0,Q,P,A, Enter, Shift and Space fail to be recognised. I have checked for continuity from the various solder pads on the mainboard to the keyboard connectors on the ZX81 and they all seem ok. You can try to disconnect the keyboard, and short one of the solder pads from the 5-...

Re: Game SQUEZEE PLAY a machine code analysis
Great work.
The program was made by Danish company Scan-Bit Software and was sold in the largest toystore BR-Legetøj (B.R.'s play toys) where they also sold the Lambda 8300.

I am logged into my YouTube account, but I am still told the video is private. So I assume you have only given access to yourself.

Re: zx81 ula anyone ??
On this post, they say you should use Etsy when located in EU. https://sinclairzxworld.com/viewtopic.php?t=4407 Etsy states on their homepage, that if the seller buys the shipping label from Etsy, then the IOSS electronic registration is sent by Etsy, thus the receiver (you) will not receive an extr...

Re: Something that puzzles me.
Maybe the chess programs shift to FAST mode when the computer thinks his next move, and then back to SLOW mode when waiting for user input. Maybe the change between FAST and SLOW resets the UDG setting.
Just a thought. I don't know if it's the answer.

Re: EO and SAVE/LOAD rom patches?
Maybe you can use the Wave manager instead. It will be quite slower though.
(I used it with Pascal as it had a custom tape routine.)
